Can I take every art work?

Yes, every art work belonging to the tier membership you have signed up for!

Who insures the art work?

We do! So you have nothing to worry about! You only have an own risk of 2 months equivalent of the membership program.

I live outside the Netherlands but I’m Dutch and I have a Dutch bank account, can I be a member?

Sorry, no. Unfortunately, you need to have an address in the Netherlands. We will be opening more markets shortly, so hang on!

Can I exchange the work unlimited?

Yes, you can. In our membership program, we offer one free return per membership period, any extra exchanges are granted but you need to pay a transport fee equivalent to one month membership fee!

What if I run out of money and can’t pay my membership anymore?

We have to unfortunately take back the art work, and cancel your subscription. This means we will have to keep your deposit and cancel any savings you have gained up. If your art work is damaged, in addition to that, you will have to pay us the own risk equivalent to 2 months membership fee.

What if my spouse cheats on me, and with rage, I throw the art work out of the window, and destroy the work?

We will send you some flowers, and an invite you to our next opening. And maybe you can meet somebody new, plenty of fish in the sea! Regarding the art work, you have an own risk of 2 months subscription fee, you will be charged for that 2 months, and asked to select a new work. But please don’t do that…. Burn his/her clothes instead.

What happens if I get a promotion, and buy a bigger house with even more walls, and I want to upgrade my membership?

That is possible free of charge! You will receive a new membership and we will cancel the old one, we will pick up the art work, and deliver the new one.

For moving from house to house, you just need to change the address in your “my PHOA” account. Please do this, as if we come to the wrong address, it will be charged to you.

What happens if I want to downgrade?

That is possible free of charge! You will receive a new membership and we will cancel the old one, we will pick up the art work, and deliver the new one.

I have a company; can I reclaim the VAT?

Yes, there is 6% VAT, you will receive monthly invoices, which you can claim at the Dutch tax office!

I want to buy the art work and stop my subscription, is that possible?

Yes, if you purchase the art work, you may cancel the subscription.

When can I cancel a subscription?

If you buy the work.

If the term has finished.

Do you hang up the art work in house for us?

Great idea! But because of our extremely low prices, we won’t be able to do that. We do provide you with a little gift that will help you with that when you receive the art work.

Can I become a member and not choose an art work immediately?

Yes, you have 30 days to choose an art work, if you don’t choose something, an art work will be sent to you, if you cannot choose an art work you can cancel your subscription within 30 days for free!

Can I come and exchange the art work myself to save the fee?

No, as we have a central distribution centre far far away which you don’t want to go to…trust me….
